The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.02 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.17 per cent at Rs 108.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 132.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.43 per cent to Rs 102.23 crore from Rs 123.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 84.00 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.27 per cent to Rs 6.52 crore as against Rs 9.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.28 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 6.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.05 crore).
