The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.32 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.51 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.38 per cent at Rs 103.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.74 per cent to Rs 95.81 crore from Rs 117.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 24.56 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 442.45 per cent to Rs 7.54 crore as against Rs 1.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 523.93 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.48 per cent at Rs -0.65 crore (Jun'24 Rs -3.71 crore).
