Garware Tech. Fibres - Updates

Garware Technical Fibres Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'the Company shall provide its Members thefacility to exercise their right to votes by electronic means (remote e-Voting) and e-Votingduring the 48th AGM (""e-Voting at AGM"") (collectively referred to as ""e-Voting"") scheduled tobe held on Tuesday, 02nd September, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. (1ST), through Video Conferencing(""VC"") or Other Audio Visual Means (""OAVM""). The Company has engaged the services ofNational Securities Depository Limited (""NSDL"") for facilitating e-Voting to enable theMembers to cast their votes by electronic means.For the aforesaid purpose, in pursuance of Rule 20(4 )(vii) of the Companies (Managementand Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 26th August, 2025 as Cut-Off Date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of Members for e-Voting.The remote e-Voting period commences on Saturday, 30th August, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (1ST)and ends on Monday, 01st September, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (1ST).'.
