The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 779.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.39 per cent at Rs 197.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 174.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.54 per cent to Rs 162.63 crore from Rs 149.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.51 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 42.89 per cent to Rs 35.25 crore as against Rs 24.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.03 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 7.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.93 crore, while Taxation increased by 475.76 per cent at Rs 1.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.33 crore).
