Re-appointment of Mr. Rasesh Kanakia as the Executive Chairman of the Company for a further period of Five years\r\n2. Re-appointment of Mr. Himanshu Kanakia as the Executive MD for a further period of five years\r\n3. Approval for revision in salary of Mr. Ashish Kanakia to office or place of profit in senior management grade. \r\nAll the above is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting. \r\nKindly take the same on records and oblige.
