The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.86 per cent at Rs 176.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 165.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.97 per cent to Rs 167.69 crore from Rs 156.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.93 per cent to Rs 8.72 crore as against Rs 8.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.79 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 0.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
