The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 173.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 121.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.75 per cent at Rs 1,127.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,159.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.79 per cent to Rs 880.93 crore from Rs 945.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 493.04 per cent at Rs 6.82 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.02 per cent to Rs 246.85 crore as against Rs 214.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.26 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.65 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.91 per cent at Rs 42.58 crore (Jun'24 Rs 57.47 crore).
