The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.53 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.15 per cent at Rs 106.13 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.79 per cent to Rs 96.82 crore from Rs 79.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.62 per cent at Rs 2.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.68 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.87 per cent to Rs 9.31 crore as against Rs 10.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 43.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.87 per cent at Rs 2.31 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.88 crore).
