The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.58 per cent at Rs 264.62 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 204.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.27 per cent to Rs 237.60 crore from Rs 179.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.10 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.92 per cent to Rs 27.03 crore as against Rs 24.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 28.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.27 per cent at Rs 3.00 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.94 crore).
