The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.93 per cent at Rs 20.58 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.45 per cent to Rs 17.01 crore from Rs 14.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 59.65 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 292.31 per cent to Rs 3.57 crore as against Rs 0.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 190.30 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 32.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 172.22 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
