The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, the 26th day of July, 2025, inter alia, has approved the re-appointment of Mr Palak Jayeshbhai Doshi (DIN: 08444518) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the second consecutive term for the period from 26th September, 2025 for a period of 5 consecutive years, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
