Chordia Food Product - Intimation Of Approval Received For Re-Classification Of Earlier Promoter/Promoter Group Shareholders

The stock exchange has approved the reclassification of RHC Group Shareholders i.e. some of the earlier Promoter/Promoter Group members from Promoter/Promoter Group Category to Public Category. The Approval Letter of BSE and the Warning Letter are also attached herewith.
