The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 87.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 704.85 per cent at Rs 8.29 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 322.84 per cent to Rs 8.33 crore from Rs 1.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 411.11 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs -0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 95.70 per cent to Rs -0.04 crore as against Rs -0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 99.52 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 100.36 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Jun'23 Rs -2.74 crore).
