The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.51 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1040.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 16755.00 per cent at Rs 33.71 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 646.15 per cent to Rs 27.69 crore from Rs -5.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.63 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.23 per cent to Rs 6.02 crore as against Rs 5.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 99.32 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.84 crore, while Taxation increased by 1000.00 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.09 crore).
