Indian benchmark indices opened higher on Friday but soon pared the gains and slipped in red.

At 9:35 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 77824.65 down by -103.5 points or by -0.13 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24350.5 up by 33.35 points or by 0.14 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 78069.91 and intraday low of 77809.93 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24381.25 and intraday low of 24326.55

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Bajaj Finance Ltd. (Rs. 1117.30,+5.80%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (Rs. 1975.35,+3.47%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 3356.10,+2.35%), Bharat Electronics Ltd. (Rs. 388.00,+0.83%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 2014.45,+0.68%), among others.
