Benchmark equity indices Sensex and Nifty continued to trade higher on Thursday after the US Federal Reserve cut its benchmark interest rate after more than four years.
At 10:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 83487.72 up by 539.49 points or by 0.65 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25497.75 up by 120.2 points or by 0.47 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 83773.61 and intraday low of 83332.09 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25611.95 and intraday low of 25481.7
