Sensex slips in red; Bharti Airtel, ITC top losers

Indian benchmark indices pared all the early gains and slipped in red during the noon trading session amid selling in index heavyweights including Bharti Airtel Ltd.Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd ITC Ltd.ICICI Bank Ltd and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. among others.

At 14:35 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 62534.57 down by -87.67 points or by -0.14 % and then NSE Nifty was at 18529.65 down by -4.75 points or by -0.03 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 62762.41 and intraday low of 62515.12 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 18580.3 and intraday low of 18509.9

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 534.40,+1.51%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2696.80,+1.35%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 988.80,+1.25%), Asian Paints Ltd. (Rs. 3236.20,+1.19%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 3320.30,+0.89%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 825.85,-3.68%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1936.00,-2.94%), ITC Ltd. (Rs. 440.25,-1.13%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 942.00,-0.68%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (Rs. 232.30,-0.41%), among others.

Realty index was at 3882.48 up by 49.32 points or by 1.29%. Sobha Ltd. (Rs. 555.00,+6.66%), Macrotech Developers Ltd. (Rs. 559.95,+2.80%), Phoenix Mills Ltd. (Rs. 1498.90,+1.90%), Godrej Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1409.90,+1.49%), Oberoi Realty Ltd. (Rs. 940.30,+1.05%),.
