The New India Assur - Trading Window

The New India Assurance Company Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for purchase or sale of Company's shares by the insiders of the Company would be closed from 13.11.2017 and would be re-opened at the closing hours of 17.11.2017 i.e. after 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting.
