GCM Commodity & Deri - Board Meeting On Dt. 13Th December, 2017.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and read along with circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 as the company is needed to prepare their Financials as per IND-AS and as the Financial Year starts from 01.04.2017 is the first year for preparing the Financial as per IND-AS accordingly we please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 13th day of December 2017, inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30TH September 2017.
