The Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Wednesday, 2nd August, 2017 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
