Asian Hotels (West) - Outcome of Board Meeting

Asian Hotels (West) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, has approved fund raising by way of preferential issue of warrants up to maximum amount of Rs. 20 Crores to the Promoter/ Promoter Group subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and approval of statutory authorities, if any.
