The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 96.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 82.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.86 per cent at Rs 647.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 526.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.21 per cent to Rs 468.88 crore from Rs 386.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 74.28 per cent at Rs 3.84 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 14.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.42 per cent to Rs 178.20 crore as against Rs 139.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.73 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 21.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.69 per cent at Rs 32.30 crore (Sep'25 Rs 27.92 crore).
