The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.00 per cent at Rs 19.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.09 per cent to Rs 17.57 crore from Rs 16.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 51.90 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.39 per cent to Rs 1.44 crore as against Rs 2.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.44 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 23.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.29 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.28 crore).
