The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 46.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 63.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.40 per cent at Rs 587.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 513.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.99 per cent to Rs 562.35 crore from Rs 446.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2911.11 per cent at Rs 2.71 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.01 per cent to Rs 25.34 crore as against Rs 68.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 67.67 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 147.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.49 per cent at Rs 2.50 crore (Sep'25 Rs 16.12 crore).
