The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.84 per cent at Rs 117.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.76 per cent to Rs 113.78 crore from Rs 166.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 6.07 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 6.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 316.30 per cent to Rs 3.83 crore as against Rs 0.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 492.73 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 243.27 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore (Sep'25 Rs -1.04 crore).
