The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.02 per cent at Rs 66.78 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.25 per cent to Rs 44.88 crore from Rs 32.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.62 per cent at Rs 5.10 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 4.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.93 per cent to Rs 21.90 crore as against Rs 14.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.65 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 222.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 29.89 per cent at Rs 6.17 crore (Sep'25 Rs 4.75 crore).
