The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 177.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 110.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.44 per cent at Rs 582.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 436.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.75 per cent to Rs 330.57 crore from Rs 252.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.81 per cent at Rs 10.89 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 10.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.15 per cent to Rs 251.71 crore as against Rs 183.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.78 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 74.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 62.64 per cent at Rs 60.73 crore (Sep'25 Rs 37.34 crore).
