The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.06 per cent at Rs 102.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.02 per cent to Rs 89.84 crore from Rs 75.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 72.16 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.29 per cent to Rs 13.05 crore as against Rs 10.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.24 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.22 per cent at Rs 1.54 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.41 crore).
