The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.99 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 134.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 99.01 per cent at Rs 74.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 98.12 per cent to Rs 63.08 crore from Rs 31.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.88 per cent at Rs 1.41 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 104.21 per cent to Rs 11.15 crore as against Rs 5.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.60 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 93.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 126.67 per cent at Rs 1.70 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.75 crore).
