Garden Reach Ship - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Press Release / Media Release

In continuance of our earlier letter dated 22 May 2025 on the subject matter 'GRSE become L1 to NGC Project' and in terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has signed a contract with Indian Navy in New Delhi today for construction of 05 Next Generation Corvettes (NGCs). The contract valued at approx. Rs. 32000 Crore.\r\n\r\nCopy of the Press Release is enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and record.
