The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2733.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 55.49 per cent at Rs 67.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.99 per cent to Rs 66.67 crore from Rs 151.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.61 per cent at Rs 1.63 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.64 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.61 per cent to Rs 1.07 crore as against Rs 0.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 236.17 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.03 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
