The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 130.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.72 per cent at Rs 179.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.07 per cent to Rs 150.35 crore from Rs 131.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.64 per cent at Rs 10.94 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 16.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 351.79 per cent to Rs 29.46 crore as against Rs -11.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 268.17 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 2.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 115.56 per cent at Rs 8.45 crore (Sep'25 Rs 3.92 crore).
