Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that 68,83,000 outstanding warrants issued by the Company on preferential basis on February 14, 2025, have been forfeited upon expiry of the stipulated period for exercising the conversion option.
