The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.71 crore compared to net profit of Rs 5.79 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 55.62 per cent at Rs 45.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 102.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 50.70 per cent to Rs 46.73 crore from Rs 94.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 163.33 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 115.38 per cent to Rs -1.20 crore as against Rs 7.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 134.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 108.08 per cent at Rs -0.16 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.98 crore).
