The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 97.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.97 per cent at Rs 274.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 280.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.45 per cent to Rs 229.17 crore from Rs 253.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.33 per cent at Rs 1.80 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 67.85 per cent to Rs 45.57 crore as against Rs 27.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 71.21 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 54.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.64 crore, while Taxation increased by 88.31 per cent at Rs 10.47 crore (Sep'25 Rs 5.56 crore).
