Bimetal Bearings Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 30th September 2026. The meeting of Board of Directors of Bimetal Bearings Limited, which was originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November 2026, has been preponed and rescheduled to Friday, 6th November 2026.\r\nThe change in the meeting date is on account of the availability of the Directors and their other prior commitments on the originally scheduled date.
