The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 93.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 83.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.65 per cent at Rs 847.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 714.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.17 per cent to Rs 707.69 crore from Rs 584.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 18.99 per cent at Rs 16.04 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 13.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.38 per cent to Rs 140.00 crore as against Rs 130.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.48 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 45.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.82 per cent at Rs 30.21 crore (Sep'25 Rs 32.42 crore).
