The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 108.43 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 65.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 65.87 per cent at Rs 1,802.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,086.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 67.15 per cent to Rs 1,640.73 crore from Rs 981.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.06 per cent at Rs 12.17 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 9.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 53.95 per cent to Rs 162.23 crore as against Rs 105.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.22 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 28.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 63.93 per cent at Rs 34.00 crore (Sep'25 Rs 20.74 crore).
