The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 7.01 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 5.09 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.96 per cent at Rs 14.50 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.75 per cent to Rs 22.60 crore from Rs 25.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.58 per cent at Rs 0.78 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.04 per cent to Rs -8.10 crore as against Rs -6.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.05 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.60 per cent at Rs -1.81 crore (Sep'25 Rs -2.50 crore).
