The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 121.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 341.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.16 per cent at Rs 7,364.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6,872.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.83 per cent to Rs 6,950.61 crore from Rs 6,215.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.44 per cent at Rs 17.75 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 41.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 37.04 per cent to Rs 413.45 crore as against Rs 656.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 158.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.91 per cent at Rs 43.16 crore (Sep'25 Rs 126.59 crore).
