Wipro - Disclosure Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Please refer to our earlier letter dated October 16, 2026, informing that Wipro Limited through its step-down subsidiary - Wipro IT Services, LLC had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 20% shareholding in FLARRE.AI, Inc. and that the transaction was expected to be completed by October 31, 2026. \r\n\r\nIn continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is hereby informed that the said transaction has been completed on October 28, 2026. The Company received intimation to this effect on October 29, 2026.
