The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 314.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 73.60 per cent at Rs 31.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.81 per cent to Rs 23.19 crore from Rs 14.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 173.33 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 167.11 per cent to Rs 8.04 crore as against Rs 3.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 54.01 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 263.75 per cent at Rs 2.91 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.80 crore).
