The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.49 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.15 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.91 per cent at Rs 23.09 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.90 per cent to Rs 20.48 crore from Rs 16.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1466.67 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs -0.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 282.52 per cent to Rs 2.61 crore as against Rs -1.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 219.22 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 30.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 360.71 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.28 crore).
