The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 138.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 109.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.88 per cent at Rs 544.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 409.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.90 per cent to Rs 159.79 crore from Rs 131.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.27 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.22 per cent to Rs 386.60 crore as against Rs 279.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.03 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 51.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 195.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.65 per cent at Rs 46.91 crore (Sep'25 Rs 36.75 crore).
