The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 143.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 166.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.73 per cent at Rs 336.63 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 390.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.48 per cent to Rs 141.74 crore from Rs 182.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.44 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.02 per cent to Rs 194.89 crore as against Rs 207.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.94 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 1.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.98 per cent at Rs 37.93 crore (Sep'25 Rs 27.69 crore).
