The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 166.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 34.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 386.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 68.66 per cent at Rs 40.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 129.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.88 per cent to Rs 53.88 crore from Rs 71.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 718.38 per cent at Rs 220.88 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 26.99 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 122.95 per cent to Rs -13.27 crore as against Rs 57.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 173.21 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.13 per cent at Rs 4.09 crore (Sep'25 Rs 11.73 crore).
