The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.01 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.24 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.62 per cent at Rs 38.68 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.07 per cent to Rs 33.68 crore from Rs 48.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 425.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12575.00 per cent to Rs 4.99 crore as against Rs -0.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16237.50 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 19.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 190.00 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.80 crore).
