Ashima - Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

We wish to inform you that the Company filed pursis for withdrawal of the civil suit against HDFC Bank before the Hon'ble Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad yesterday, i.e. on 30th October, 2026 and the Hon'ble Court has passed an order on the same day disposing of the suit as withdrawn.
