The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, on October 27, 2026, has basis the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Chugh (DIN: 08309168) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) on the Board of the Company, with effect from October 27, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company pursuant to Regulation 17 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).
