Noted submission of Expression of Interest by the Company for resolution plan in respect of Planet Marathi Seller Services Private Limited under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.\r\n\r\nAs required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results and Declaration with respect to the Limited Review Report with unmodified opinion to the Un-Audited Financial Results and certified copy of the Limited Review Report is attached herewith.\r\n\r\n
